Emmett received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he coauthored two amicus briefs in religious liberty cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Emmett has chosen to stay in New Haven, bringing a passion for community work, where he represents and mentors students at his Alma mater.

This talk will focus on the jurisdiction of the court in a matter of religious importance, through the lens of secular law.
